This is true for both collection on domestic supplies as well as when integrated GST (IGST) paid on imports is included with the trend particularly sharp from 2020-21 onwards. CBIC has issued various rate notifications ( Notification Nos. 12 to 20, all dated 19.10.2023 ) to implement decisions of 52nd meeting of GST Council held on 7th October, 2023.
