The Supreme Court declined to exercise its jurisdiction under Article 32 of the Constitution to challenge the constitutionality of the Electoral Bond Scheme and related amendments to various statutes such as the Representation of the People Act 1951, the Companies Act 2017, and the Income Tax Act 1961. The Court held that it would be premature and inappropriate to intervene at this stage, as normal legal remedies available under the law have not been exhausted.
