Rice export duty hike: 10% on paddy, brown & parboiled rice; exempts milled rice except Basmati.

This notification amends the export duty rates on certain varieties of rice under the Customs Act, 1962. It introduces a 10% export duty on rice in husk (paddy or rough), husked (brown) rice, and parboiled rice.
