Punjab Skill Development Mission Society gets income tax exemption on grants, CSR funds, service charges & interest income. No commercial activity allowed.

Central Government notifies Punjab Skill Development Mission Society, Chandigarh (PAN: AAAAE8085G) for exemption from specified income u/s 10(46) of Income Tax Act, 1961. Specified income includes grants, contributions from governments, CSR funds, service charges, and interest on bank deposits. Conditions: no commercial activity, unchanged activities and income nature, filing return u/s 139(4C)(g). Applicable retrospectively for Assessment Years 2021-2022 to 2025-2026.
