G.S.R. 530(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (A) and (B) of section 76 of the Finance Act, 2010 (14 of 2010), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of July, 2010, as the date on which the provisions of  the said Act shall come into force.
