2002 (11) TMI 450 - AT - Central Excise

The appellate tribunal ruled that broken and damaged concrete poles from manufacturing PSC poles are non-excisable as waste and scrap, not liable for duty under Heading 68.07. The appeal by the Revenue was dismissed.
