The Supreme Court of India, in a judgment by Justice M.K. Mukherjee on 19-3-1998, dismissed an appeal filed by the Commissioner of Central Excise, Mumbai against a CEGAT order. The appeal was dismissed because the application was deemed "delightfully vague."
