The Supreme Court dismissed the appeals challenging the termination of dealership of two petrol retail outlets by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. The High Court had remanded the matter for the BPCL to consider objections, but the termination was upheld. The appellants had also approached arbitration, which ruled against them. The appeals were dismissed as two parallel remedies could not be pursued simultaneously. No costs were awarded, and the order does not reflect on the merits of the case.
