These appeals are devoid of merit and the same are accordingly dismissed.

The Court, after hearing the arguments of all parties at length, found no reason to interfere with the High Court's well-merited judgment. The appeals were deemed devoid of merit and were consequently dismissed under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. The Court also ruled that no costs were to be awarded in this matter.
