TPA - excluding M/s Coral Hub Limited and M/s Eclerx Services Ltd. as comparables and holding that the Assessee cannot be said to have relatable degree of comparability with them - Held that - Having perused the impugned order of the ITAT, the Court finds that detailed reasons have been given by the ITAT for coming to the conclusion regarding the exclusion of each of the aforementioned two entities as comparables. No substantial question of law arises in regard to the conclusion of the ITAT on the above issue.
