Maintainability of petition - Held that - the order impugned in the writ petition is appealable and that remedy is efficacious and complete, we do not think that we should entertain the writ petition - the writ petition is disposed of on the ground that the petitioner has alternate and equally efficacious remedy of appeal to challenge the impugned order - petition dismissed.
