Withdrawal of the writ petition to file an appeal against the final orders of the Central Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal - Held that - apparently an appeal was filed in 2012 but returned due to objections after which it was not re-filed. The petitioner submits that the counsel engaged at that time did not re-file the appeal and that it became aware of these circumstances only much later - liberty sought is granted - writ petition alongwith pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn.
