Refund claim - Held that - As far as the grievance of the petitioner with regard to the claim for refund for the assessment year 2012-2013 to 2015-2016 is concerned the said grievance is substantially redressed. For the remaining part of the grievance Mr.Jain the learned counsel for the petitioner on the instructions states that the compliance would be made for it to be processed further. As far as the claim of refund for the assessment year 2016-2017 is concerned, Mr.Pinto the learned counsel for the revenue on instructions submits that the ITR software for assessment year 2016-2017 is under construction and the moment it is ready the assessing officer would immediately process and finalize the same. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the same would probably be done within six weeks.
