Non compliance with the directions to deposit - An amount of Rs. 7.56 Lakhs approximately already stands deposited by the appellant and the issue is contentious and arguable we direct the appellants to deposit a further amount of Rs. 3 Lakhs (Three lakhs) within a period of six weeks from today and report compliance to Commissioner (Appeals) who would decide the appeal on merits after ascertaining the compliance - Stay petition appeal get disposed off accordingly.
