Writ in the nature of mandamus restraining the opposite parties from permitting the import of poppy seed/registering the import contract of poppy seed for its import from Turkey, China or any other foreign countries, to issue a further writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to assess first the actual requirement and production of poppy sees of the Country before taking any decision for imparting poppy seeds, to issue any other writ, order or direction as this Hon ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case alongwith the costs of the writ petition - Court would not sit in appeal whether the aforesaid poppy seed be imported from Trukey, China or any other foreign countries, petition is dismissed
