The Revenue's application under section 27(3) of the Wealth-tax Act, 1957, to refer questions to the High Court was dismissed. The Tribunal had already referred one question, and the remaining questions were deemed not significant as they would result in a small additional tax liability of Rs. 400 only. No order as to costs.
