1986 (7) TMI 23 - HC - Income Tax

The High Court of Madhya Pradesh ruled that standard deduction is not allowable separately for each source of salary. The decision was based on a precedent case and the court's opinion was against the assessee. The court's answer to the question was in the negative, and each party was ordered to bear their own costs.
