2016 (1) TMI 93 - AT - Customs

Suspension of CHA licence - Held that - Commissioner has revoked the suspension of licence and the appellants were allowed to operate CHA licence - Appeal is infructuous.

The appeal was against the suspension of a CHA license. The Commissioner of Customs suspended the license, but later revoked the suspension, allowing the appellants to operate the CHA license. The appeal was dismissed as infructuous.
