Rectification of mistake - Held that - There is a mistake in the order dated 10th September, 2014 as there is a corresponding mistake in the cause title at the back-sheet of the stay application as well as in the Memorandum of Appeal. It is prayed that leave may be granted to correct the cause title at the back-sheet of the stay application and of the Memorandum of Appeal and accordingly, the cause title of the order dated 10th September, 2014 be corrected. Heard learned advocate for the appellant. Leave is granted to the appellant to correct the cause title at the back sheet of the Stay Petition as well as of the Memorandum of Appeal. Accordingly, it is done.

Summary

The High Court of Calcutta allowed the appellant to correct the cause title in the order dated 10th September, 2014 and directed the department to update the certified copy of the order with red ink. An urgent certified copy of the corrected order was to be provided to the parties on a priority basis.
