PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK 2019 (4) TMI 250 - DELHI HIGH COURT the present case be remanded to Appellate Tribunal for PMLA and the tribunal shall restore the appeal and after hearing both the parties decide the same within six weeks from the receipt of this order. Appeal disposed off.
