Refund claim - petitioner submits that they would refund ₹ 41/- to the complainant, i.e. respondent No. 5, and would be depositing ₹ 15,000/- in the Consumer Welfare Fund. He states that this statement is being made in view of the small amount involved and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner. HELD THAT - The proceedings pursuant to order dated 25th September, 2018 may continue and even final order may be passed. However, coercive steps for recovery of demand, if any, would not be taken without permission of the Court till the next date of hearing. Re-list on 19th February, 2019.
