In case the amount is not deposited, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
The Supreme Court of India ordered the appellant to deposit Rs. 28,00,00,000 within a month. If the deposit is made, notice will be issued to the respondents, and the matter will not be finalized for a month. Failure to deposit the amount will result in the appeal being dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
