Reactivation of Director Identification Number (DIN) of the petitioner and the digital signature certificate - HELD THAT - The respondents are directed to reactivate the Director Identification Number (DIN) of the petitioner and the digital signature certificate to enable the petitioner to act in the capacity of Director and file the necessary annual returns so also to discharge statutory obligations of all other companies, wherein the petitioners are director. List this matter after six weeks along with D.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 7146/2019.
