Seeking direction to Assistant Commissioner/R1 to remove the alert operating against the petitioner in respect of demand notice - HELD THAT - The learned Senior Standing Counsel for the Customs Department assures the Court, on instructions, that the alert will be removed forthwith. This is recorded. With this, the mandamus sought for stands achieved. The writ petition disposed off.
