Winding up of company - company petitions have been preferred against the respondent claiming debts due to the companies which have not been settled - HELD THAT - This court is satisfied that case for winding up is made out. All company petitions are admitted. The Official Liquidator attached to this court is appointed as provisional liquidator with directions to take over all assets of the respondent company and submit report to this court before the next date.
