Maintainability of appeal - HELD THAT - Since, impugned order does not decide the rights of the parties and no prejudice can be claimed by the Appellant, the Appeal is dismissed as being not maintainable. The Adjudicating Authority shall make an endeavour to decide the matter with utmost expedition. Let a copy of this order be communicated to learned Adjudicating Authority.
