2020 (8) TMI 902 - HC - GSTSeeking grant of Regular Bail - three separate FIRs have been registered - Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC - HELD THAT - The custody in the present case is similar to the custody in the said case and the stage of the trial is also similar. Thus, the petitioner may be granted concession of regular bail. The petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on his furnishing bail and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned.
The High Court of Punjab & Haryana granted regular bail to the petitioner in a case involving FIR No. 241 dated 05.03.2019, which included sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC. The petitioner had already been granted bail in a similar case (FIR No. 242 dated 05.03.2019). The State counsel agreed with the petitioner's request for bail. The petitioner was directed to be released on regular bail upon furnishing bail and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned.
