2021 (1) TMI 1257 - SCH - Indian LawsGrant of anticipatory bail - petitioner acted as a guarantor to a loan facility obtained by one of the sister concern Society of the Company - Default in repayment of loan - It was held by Delhi High Court that Keeping in view the serious allegations mentioned above against the petitioner, who has played key role in the present case and due to the material documents which are required to be seized from the petitioner, for which custodial interrogation is required, therefore, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. HELD THAT - There are no reason to interfere in the matter. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
