Revenue filed these appeals against the impugned order whereby Commissioner (Appeals) relied upon the decision of the Tribunal in another similar case - appeal has been filed only on the ground that the Revenue has not accepted the order passed by the Tribunal in that case and proceedings for filing appeal against that case are in progress held that merely, the proceedings for filing the appeal are under progress is no ground for challenging the order passed by the Tribunal appeal dismissed
