Attachment of Bank Accounts - the operation of impugned order shall remain stayed on a condition that the appellant shall offer bank guarantee - HELD THAT - Depositing the amount is a condition precedent for grant of interim relief including lifting of attachment of bank account - The attachment of bank account(s) of the appellant shall be lifted only after compliance of the condition imposed. List the matter for hearing in the third week of July 2021.
