The Administrator of Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran and the Director of Town and Country Planning filed affidavits stating that the information falls under the jurisdiction of the Municipal Corporation, Faridabad. The State of Haryana's counsel assured that the Municipal Corporation, Faridabad would file a comprehensive affidavit along with relevant records by the next listing date. The Supreme Court directed the Municipal Corporation, Faridabad to submit an affidavit within two weeks clarifying the status of land use conversion of the property belonging to M/s Forgings Private Limited at a specific location. The affidavit must also address any outstanding dues, supported by relevant documentary evidence. The court scheduled the appeals to be listed after the two-week period for compliance with the directive.
