Condonation of delay in filing SLP - HELD THAT - There is an inordinate delay of 1083 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and delay of 185 days in re-filing the Special Leave Petition which has not been satisfactorily explained. The Special Leave Petition is dismissed both on the grounds of delay as well as on merits.
