Grant of bail - It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was granted bail in main offence - It is also contended that after lapse of eight years a complaint has been filed, wherein court has summoned the petitioner by non-bailable warrants - It is also contended that an application was moved under Section 70(2) of Cr.P.C. seeking conversion of arrest warrants into bailable warrants but the said application was dismissed by the court. HELD THAT - Issue notice to complainant respondent.
