The Bombay High Court issued an order on a petition with citation 2017 (9) TMI 2015. Justices G.S. Patel and Nutan D. Sardessai presided over the case. The petitioners were represented by Shri N Sardessai and others, while the respondents were represented by Shri M Amonkar and Shri D Shirodkar.
