The appellants were convicted under s. 406 of the Indian Penal Code for diverting cement purchased under a permit. The High Court found no entrustment of the cement and acquitted the appellants. Convictions were set aside, and fines, if paid, will be refunded. Accused-appellants are discharged from their bail bonds.
