2024 (1) TMI 1261 - SCH - Indian LawsRetention of certain goods as security - claiming release of goods - it was held by Supreme Court that No case for interference under Article 136 of the Constitution of India is made out - However, it will be always open for the petitioner to raise all permissible objections/contentions before the Arbitral Tribunal in accordance with law - HELD THAT - The application is completely mis-conceived and the same is accordingly dismissed. The petitioner in the Special Leave Petition has been permitted to raise contentions provided the same are permissible in accordance with law.
The Supreme Court dismissed the application seeking clarification of the order dated 28th November, 2023 as completely mis-conceived. The petitioner in the Special Leave Petition has been allowed to raise contentions as permissible by law. The Miscellaneous Application has been disposed of.
