2014 (1) TMI 1948 - SCH - Indian LawsReview petition - Rectification of mistake - error apparent on the face of the record to warrant recall or not - direction to the Appellant-State and its officials to regularize the services of Respondents-workmen - it was held by SC that the benefit should be granted to the eligible daily wage workers of the Forest and Environment Department working for more than five years including those who are performing work other than building maintenance and repairing but they will be entitled for the consequential benefit w.e.f. 29th October, 2010 or subsequent date from which they are so eligible within four months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. HELD THAT - There are no error apparent on the face of the record to warrant recall - review petition dismissed.
The Supreme Court of India in 2014 (1) TMI 1948 - SC Order, condoned a 15-day delay in filing review petitions against an order dated 9th July, 2013 in Civil Appeal Nos. 5321-5322 of 2013. The Court examined the grounds for review but found no error to warrant recalling the order, thus dismissing the review petitions.
