Revenue submits that the Respondent was directed by tribunal to face a denovo proceeding before the authority below in the same matter - so revenue pray that their appeal should be remanded to the same Authority - Considering that the Respondent is before the authorities below, it would be proper to remit back this matter to the same authority for an analogous hearing of the entire matter - appeal is remanded to the same authority
