The Gujarat High Court corrected an error in an order by substituting "Income Tax Appellate Tribunal" with "Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal" in Tax Appeal No. 320 of 2018. The correction was made due to inadvertence. The note for speaking to the minutes was disposed of accordingly.
