Accordingly, DGGI is impleaded as respondent no. 3 to the present writ petition. Issue notice to respondent no. 3. Mr. Harpreet Singh, learned senior standing counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 undertakes to inform today s order to the newly impleaded respondent no. 3.
