Condonation of Delay: The High Court granted condonation of a 16-day delay in filing an application (CM No.22561/2021) based on the reasons stated in the application. The delay was condoned, and the application was disposed of accordingly. Waiver of Costs: A respondent filed an application seeking waiver of costs imposed by the Court in a previous order. The petitioner's advocate accepted the notice and stated that, without admitting to any averments, the application may be allowed. Consequently, without admitting any averments, the costs imposed by the Court were waived, and the application was disposed of. Direction to File/Re-File Counter Affidavit and Supply Paper Book: In the case of W.P.(C) 2354/2021, respondent no.2 was directed to file/re-file the counter affidavit within a week. The petitioner's counsel was instructed to provide another set of paper book to respondent no.1/UOI within two working days. Respondent no.1 was directed to file a counter affidavit within two weeks, with any rejoinder affidavits to be filed before the next hearing date set for 25th August 2021. The order was to be uploaded on the website immediately, with a copy sent to the counsels via email.
