Seeking waiver of the costs imposed by this Court - HELD THAT - Issue notice. Notice is accepted by Mr.J.K. Mittal, Advocate on behalf of the petitioner. In the case of W.P.(C) 2354/2021, respondent no.2 was directed to file/re-file the counter affidavit within a week. The petitioner's counsel was instructed to provide another set of paper book to respondent no.1/UOI within two working days. Respondent no.1 was directed to file a counter affidavit within two weeks, with any rejoinder affidavits to be filed before the next hearing date set for 25th August 2021. The order was to be uploaded on the website immediately, with a copy sent to the counsels via email.
