The Supreme Court dismissed a Special Leave Petition due to a delay in filing without sufficient grounds for condonation. The delay was over one year and nine months, and no justification was found for granting an extension. The application for condonation of delay was rejected, and the Special Leave Petition was also dismissed. The order is reportable.
