1996 (3) TMI 132 - SCH - Central Excise

The Supreme Court allowed the appeals, set aside the order under appeal, and restored the appeals to the file of CEGAT for hearing and disposal on merits. The delay of 12 days was condoned as there was some explanation provided. No costs were awarded.
