The Supreme Court ordered a fresh hearing by the Customs Tribunal to determine the appropriate value of imported goods. The previous decision was set aside, and the appeal was allowed to be heard again with new evidence within four months. No costs were awarded. (Citation: 2000 (2) TMI 93 - SC)
