Condonation of delay of 546 days in filing the appeal suit - it was held by High Court that 'this court come to the conclusion that the reasons stated in this petition are not sufficient and they are not acceptable.' No. 76 of 2015 on condition of depositing 50% of the decretal amount before the executing Court within a period of eight weeks from today.
