Condonation of delay of 546 days in filing the appeal suit - it was held by High Court that this court come to the conclusion that the reasons stated in this petition are not sufficient and they are not acceptable. HELD THAT - Issue notice - In the meanwhile there shall be interim stay of the execution of the decree in O.S. No. 76 of 2015 on condition of depositing 50% of the decretal amount before the executing Court within a period of eight weeks from today.
