Dismissal of special leave petition preferred by the judgment debtor - judgment debtor seeks six weeks time to make the payment to the decree holder - HELD THAT - In the interest of justice, six weeks time is granted to the judgment debtor to make the payment of the decretal amount directly to the decree holder. The judgment debtor shall also send the calculation of the decretal amount to the decree holder along with the payment. List on 20th November, 2015 for reporting the satisfaction of the decree.
