Seeking release of amount deposited erroneously - HELD THAT - The Registrar General is directed to release the sum of Rs.13, 54, 27, 067 along with interest if any in favour of DH No.2 on the necessary approvals being furnished. A sum of Rs.3, 84, 076/- shall be released to the JD forthwith. In addition the Registrar General shall also release any further sums which are lying with the Registrar General of this Court along with interest if any to the DH No.2 as requested by the learned counsel for the DHs. This is subject to the DH No. 2 furnishing the necessary approvals if any. Since the amount of Rs.13, 54, 27, 067 was deposited within a period of seven days as indicated in the order dated 20.10.2016 no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
