2001 (8) TMI 116 - SCH - Customs

The Supreme Court upheld the High Court's decision to dismiss a writ petition challenging a show cause notice issued under the Customs Act. The Court stated that the appropriate remedy for the aggrieved party is to respond to the notice and follow the procedures under the Act. Special Leave petitions were dismissed.
