Inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in deciding objection filed in pursuance of the order passed by the Supreme Court - HELD THAT - Upon hearing counsel on behalf of the parties, we are of the view that this writ petition should be disposed of with a direction given upon respondent No.2 to dispose of the objection dated November 12, 2023 filed by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from date after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
