2022 (2) TMI 1498 - HC - Income TaxBogus purchases - bogus accommodation bills - estimation of income - hawala transactions from certain parties who were only providing accommodation sale bills. HED THAT - Substantial questions of law are already covered by the order passed by this Court 2019 (2) TMI 1632 - BOMBAY HIGH COURT and 2019 (7) TMI 838 - BOMBAY HIGH COURT . Therefore both the Appeals be disposed.
The Bombay High Court, with judges K.R. Shriram and N. J. Jamadar, heard the case with Mr. Ashok Kotangle representing the Appellant and Mr. R.S. Padvekar representing the Respondent. Mr. Kotangale argued that the substantial questions of law raised were already addressed in previous court orders. As a result, both appeals were disposed of accordingly.
